The Scott brand started a world away from cycling when an American engineer changed the skiing world by constructing ski poles from aluminium rather than the traditional bamboo or steel. Since then Scott have expanded into many sports, with one of the biggest impacts coming in the world of road cycling, introducing such innovations as aerodynamic bars and class leading frame weights. The brand has teams across cycling disciplines with the Australian based Mitchelton Scott as their major road team

Current road models include Addict, Contessa, Foil, Speedster and Plasma.
